Excellent staff at reception. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed and blackout blinds. Thorough daily cleaning. Great location, quiet yet close to beachfront restaurants and supermarket. Nice pool and poolside bar.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff on the front desk and maids were lovely and always greeted us. The rooms were very spacious and had a mini fridge, along with good toiletries. The bed was super comfy and the curtains completely blacked out the room. We never had to worry about not finding a sun bed by the pool. The hotel is conveniently located close to several supermarkets and the city center where the restaurants and cafes are. Transportation was also easily accessible with a bus station just a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast at the hotel was sensational, with a wide range of delicious products to choose from. The staff at this hotel were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We felt like royalty and had a wonderful time exploring the nearby areas.

the rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I especially appreciated the easy walk to the nearby beach. the breakfast provided a varied and delicious selection, ensuring a good start to the day.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the slow check, in process, which involved scanning passports and filling in forms. It felt a bit time, consuming and could be streamlined.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the fact that fresh towels were provided each day.

One drawback is the lack of balcony furniture, limiting the outdoor experience for guests.
